Development of a multi-year Black AIDS mobilization campaign to engage and mobilize the traditional Black institutions and gate keepers such as the NAACP and the Urban League in efforts to end the AIDS epidemic in Black America.

Establishment of the Team 4 Life program, a comprehensive, patient-centered model for HIV treatment adherence, counseling and support.
Dignitas International
Expansion of program that provides life-saving ARV therapy through a community-based model to people living with HIV/AIDS in Zomba District, Malawi.
Doctors of the World
Establishment of a model program to increase access to care, treatment and prevention for HIV+ homeless, street youth in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Capital project which will double the number of transitional housing units for HIV+ people in Toronto, Canada.
Gay Men’s Health Crisis
Establishment of the HIV and Aging Institute which will provide prevention education as well as medical and social services to people living with HIV over 50.

Expansion of home-delivered food and nutritional counseling program to Newark, New Jersey.
