1) Q. Our organization received a grant from the M∙A∙C AIDS Fund.  Are we permitted to list the M∙A∙C AIDS Fund among our supporters in annual reports and on our website?
A. Yes, we hope that you will use the M∙A∙C AIDS Fund as a catalyst to attract other supporters and funders for your program.  If you would like to use our logo, please contact macaidsfund@maccosmetics.com.  A sample of its use must be provided before its approval.  For any press related announcements, please contact the M∙A∙C AIDS Fund so that we can review and approve any documents prior to their public release.

2) Q. Our group is having an event.  Will the M∙A∙C AIDS Fund provide gift bag items?
A. The M∙A∙C AIDS Fund is limited to donating M∙A∙C product to participants in the Good Spirits Program and selected grantee fundraising events.

3) Q. Is the M·A·C AIDS Fund a registered charity?
A. Yes, it is registered in both the US and Canada as a Private Non-Operating Foundation.
